SERPENTINE SIRENS
'A Magazine' curated by Iris van Herpen, featuring Tilda Swinton and Saskia de Brauw.
As stated on NOWNESS: The spread sees the images of Ms. Swinton and de Brauw interspersed with quotes from the French poet Victor Hugo, illustrations of Pigalle, Paris’ famed red light district, and an essay by Harlech. “Vincent’s photographs defy time,” says the writer and Chanel Couture consultant. “The emotion in his work spills out into the elegy of his watercolors, creating a heartbreaking beauty. We are all ghosts of everything we experience. Man's fear of woman, the femme fatale, the cry of absolute love all echo in the wasteland of Paris, in the dark corners of Pigalle.”

A MAGAZINE # 11 - RODARTE
'A Magazine' is a biannual publication that invites a guest curator (selected designer) to create something that reflects their taste and that celebrates their ethos.
Issue #11 has been curated by the beautiful Mulleavy sisters of Californian fashion label, Rodarte.
As stated on the 'A Magazine' website:
"Each issue celebrates this designer’s ethos: their people, their passion, their stories, emotions, fascinations, spontaneity and authenticity. As such A MAGAZINE exists as an entirely dynamic title – a cultural statement for individuality in an increasingly
homogenous industry.
Highlights of A#11 include two exclusively commissioned portfolios, featuring Kirsten Dunst in the Rodarte Autumn | Winter 2011 collection photographed by David Armstrong, and Elle Fanning in the Rodarte Spring Summer 2012 Couture collection photographed by Bill Owens."
