This weekend I volunteered with The Clothing Exchange at the sustainable fashion event "AHM Fashion Exchange." The event was held a1000 £ Bend in Melbourne's CBD and gave people the opportunity to get rid of their preloved clothing and go home with new (preloved) pieces brought by other swappers. I was in awe of the amazing turnout and thoroughly impressed by how gracious all the eager shoppers were.

Exchanges on this scale are proving to be a fun, sustainable and financially viable way to update your wardrobe. They are taking place regularly around Australia, so check out The Clothing Exchange's website for more details.
